Role Overview

Internship within EY's Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice, focused on building Business Intelligence solutions for clients in the financial sector.

  • Developed Power BI dashboards to track key financial risk and regulatory compliance indicators for banking clients.
  • Built end-to-end BI solutions: data modelling, Power Query transformations, DAX logic and report design oriented towards decision-making.
  • Actively contributed to the creation of an official FSRM team template to standardise analytical deliverables across future projects.
  • Integrated data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL databases, CSV files) through automated load and transformation pipelines.
  • Collaborated directly with managers and senior consultants, adapting reports to the specific needs of each client and review cycle.

Role Overview

Internship in the data department at Solbyte, focused on developing BI solutions for NovaTrans, a logistics and transport management platform.

  • Analysed client requirements for the NovaTrans project and translated business needs into functional data models within Power BI.
  • Built relational data models, defined DAX measures and transformed data sources using Power Query.
  • Designed and implemented interactive reports oriented to transport operations: route tracking, shipment volumes and efficiency KPIs.
  • Resolved technical issues in existing BI projects: load errors, broken relationships and incorrectly behaving measures.

Role Overview

Four years at Primor combining two distinct roles: multichannel customer service and, later, operational management of the digital channel (web and app).

Customer Service (2021–2024)

  • Handled incidents, complaints and enquiries via email, live chat and phone, with direct resolution or escalation depending on the type.
  • Specialist support for online orders: tracking, shipping incidents, returns and coordination with the warehouse and carriers.
  • Daily use of Zoho Desk for ticket logging and follow-up, maintaining resolution times within established SLAs.
  • Periodic analysis of incident types in Excel to identify recurring patterns and propose process improvements.

Web & App Operations (2024–2025)

  • Managed the product catalogue on ecommerce platforms (Magento and PrestaShop): listings, removals, product pages, pricing and availability.
  • Supervised digital inventory through the SGA system, ensuring consistency between physical stock and online listings.
  • Coordinated with the marketing team to implement promotions, banners and campaigns on the website.
  • Resolved technical issues in the digital channel: publishing errors, synchronisation problems and order flow failures.
